Certification
is just 3 easy steps ...
1.
Classroom training.
When you register for class, you’ll be given a PADI Open Water
Crew Pak which includes a DVD, the student manual,
the Recreational Dive Planner, dive log book pages and a student
record file. Prior to attending class, you’ll watch the DVD,
read the student manual, and complete the knowledge reviews
for each chapter. In class, Midwest Scuba’s certified instructors
will go over the knowledge reviews, demonstrate equipment
and answer questions.
Don't be scammed by dive shops that remove your Recreational Dive Planner from the training materials that YOU PAID FOR! If your training shop removes your planner, they will force you to buy or rent expensive dive computers just to complete your Open Water Diver course. Midwest Scuba will still teach your PADI Dive Tables so that you can safely plan out your certification dives and fun dives thereafter. Get the full class that you paid for at Midwest Scuba!
2.
Confined water dives.
You’ll meet for an all-day session at the St. Charles
Boys & Girls Club’s Aquatic Center. You’ll practice setting
up your equipment and performing the skills that you watched
in the DVD.
3.
Open water dives.
Upon the successful completion of four open water dives
at Quail Run Quarry in Rolla, Missouri, you’ll be recognized,
internationally, as a certified PADI diver. Your diving adventures
have just begun!
